What he is building now
- XPRIZE Quantum Applications. Brock supports the teams competing for the Google Quantum Applications Prize as they push quantum algorithms toward real-world quantum advantage. He also builds the prize's operating systems, from judge matching to a command center that follows 900+ teams to 12 finalists. More on his XPRIZE work
- revAIew. The company he founded: AI that reviews AI. Your AI plan builds the work, a board of AI reviewers checks it one subject at a time, and a person makes the final call with a decision receipt. Why he founded revAIew
- CardSearch AI. A card price tool he built around a local card shop's need for accurate, stable prices. It shows what a Pokémon card really sells for, from real completed sales. How he built CardSearch AI
02 / Before
Cloud data, web3, then quantum
Emerging technology has steered Brock's career. At Cigna, he led the build of one of the company's first cloud-based data platforms, which improved data access and governance across the enterprise. He then joined a web3 startup, managed its community engagement and strategy, and launched new financial products there.
Across those roles he has worked in R&D, IT and business teams. That mix of product management, cross-functional work and hands-on technology is what he brings to XPRIZE and to the products he builds.
03 / Quantum
Hands-on with quantum
Brock takes part in the Yale Quantum Conferences. At their first Quantum Hackathon he helped build a quantum random number generation project: a system that verifies the output of quantum random number generators and keeps track of the machine each result came from. The code is on GitHub.
